About Red River Bowmen Archery Club

Club History

Red River Bowmen Archery Club (RRBAC) was founded in Shreveport over 60 years ago. Since its inception RRBAC has promoted the enjoyment of archery and sportsmanship. RRBAC has been at the present site since 1967. RRBAC was incorporated in 1968. An annual stockholders meeting is held once a year. The Board of Directors hold monthly meetings. RRBAC is affliated with state and national organizations.

RRBAC Range

Club membership includes individuals of all ages, shooting styles and skill sportsmanship. RRBAC members maintain the Club. Events are held when Club members volunteer to participate and/or assume the work responsibility of each event. Expenses are funded by membership fees and proceeds from sponsored events.

NFAA 4 Star Range: 28 Targets are set in a wooded area.

INDOOR SHOOTING RANGE ON RANGE SITE with 10 targets with the ability to shoot 20 persons. ONLY ONE OF ITS KIND IN THE STATE AND SURROUNDING AREA. Members have 24/7 access.

PRACTICE RANGE: Illuminated with targets from 10 to 80 yards.

NEW RANGE: Target range for shooting 600, 900 Rounds.

3D RANGE: Moveable 3D range with life like animals. See tournament schedule for dates of 3D events.

CLUBHOUSE: Attached to indoor shooting range where meetings and socials are held.
